For full step-free access please use the entrance from the rear car park.

Front entrance

DAS front entrance

The front entrance is not fully step-free.

Inside our building there are three steps up then three steps down to the wheelchair accessible lift if you approach through the front entrance. We therefore advise using the rear entrance.

If you do use the front entrance, Martlesham Square is pedestrianised and there is a step-free route from two car parks, both with disabled car parking spaces — though these are quite a long way away.

There are two disabled car parking spaces in the rear car park next to the rear entrance to our building.

Inside there is step-free access from the rear entrance to the wheelchair accessible lift.

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome and may accompany you into our offices and interview rooms.

We can provide water for your dog on request.

There are no dog waste bins nearby so we would ask you to dispose of any waste yourself, but please ask for assistance if this is a problem for you.
